All conversations and personal information between clients and Dgtlone are confidential.

Dgtlone does not share mailing lists or any other client information with anyone.

The client agrees to also keep Dgtlone’s methods confidential.

Any and all written material, including written material in electronic format, including, but not limited too, handouts, questionnaires, ebooks, etc. is the copyrighted property of Dgtlone. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the copyrighted material shall remain the property of Dgtlone.

Such material is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties. You may not reproduce or share any written material that you receive without Dgtlone and it’s partners express written permission.

Refund Policy

All services that incur a one-time payment option, that are offered under the Dgtlone, have a 30 DAY REFUND POLICY. This means that as a Client you have the right to request a 100% complete refund within the first 3 days of your purchase. This is a No Risk 3 Day Guarantee. The refund period starts from the day you purchased the product unless otherwise specified.

If the 3 Day refund period has expired Dgtlone will not be required to issue a refund and any refund requests will be reviewed for approval before any refunds would be considered. 

How to request a Refund

Send an email to us at become@dgtlone.com with REFUND in the subject.

IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION: It may take up to 7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your account.

It would be very helpful to us if you’d also tell us why you’re requesting a refund. But we do take feedback seriously, and it really does help us make better products and improve our sales process. We want every customer to be satisfied!
